Designed as a tribute to the Burgundy region, they combine stone and tiles, carefully restored terracotta floors and original woodwork, locally sourced vintage pieces, and thoughtfully chosen artworks. At the heart of the estate, Chef Julien Martin elevates local produce with a generous and vibrant cuisine. The gastronomic restaurant is distinguished by a finely crafted menu that echoes the great vintages and the seasonal rhythms of Burgundy. Next door, the inn reinterprets Burgundy’s culinary heritage with finesse and creativity in a contemporary spirit. The wine bar celebrates the art of tasting with a refined selection of the most sought-after wines from the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, in a spectacular setting. Beneath the spectacular stone vaults of the former 14th-century cellar lies the Spa by Caudalie. Two majestic pools are set between the columns and under the ribbed vaults, creating a timeless backdrop.
