チェックインは3:00 PMからまでです。Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. It is the property’s policy that guests under 19 years of age cannot be accommodated at the property without an accompanying parent or legal guardian. Guests are required to provide proof of the parental or legal guardian relationship and authorisation upon arrival. All guests, including children, are required to present a valid government-issued ID card at check in. In order to check-in, the name on the photo identification presented at check-in must match the name on the reservation. Pool access is limited to one entry per day, per person in July and August. Re-entry is not allowed. The property’s pools, sauna, fitness centre, and kid's lounge are closed on the last Wednesday of every month, except July and December (subject to change without prior notice). Outdoor facilities may be restricted due to unforeseen circumstances.
