The property offers a sauna for an additional charge. Breakfast buffet and additional meals upon request. The proximity to the mountains and Lake Chiemsee offers numerous sports facilities, but also a large wellness offer and alternatives in bad weather. In winter it is only a few minutes drive to ski areas and toboggan runs. Cross-country ski trails are adjacent to the house. The A8 motorway is just a 20-minute drive away.
