Hotel Boutique Las Brisas is a charming, family-run hotel located directly opposite Sardinero Beach, set in a beautifully restored 19th-century Indianos mansion, now converted into a boutique hotel. The property offers 13 individually decorated rooms in elegant classic English style. Rooms are cosy and compact (approx. 10 m²), mostly single or double, some with balconies, and all top-floor rooms feature sea views. They are equipped with Smart TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and a private bathroom. Please note that the hotel does not have a lift and rooms are accessed by stairs (some rooms are located on the ground floor). A buffet breakfast is served every morning in the dining room. Guests can enjoy a welcome wine upon arrival or complimentary tea and coffee in the library during the afternoon, as well as relax on the pleasant sun terrace.
