A 10-minute drive from sandy beaches, this hotel in Panker offers elegant rooms. It features a sauna and t2 restaurants on site, including a Michelin-star restaurant. Hotel & Restaurant Ole Liese provides bright, individually furnished rooms with white, Scandinavian style flooring. A country-style, à la carte breakfast is included in the room rate. Lunch and Dinner will be also served in the Restaurant Ole Liese and or in our newly opened Guts-Café im Nachtwächterhaus. Table reservations more than recommended. Right outside the Hotel & Restaurant Ole Liese, you will find hiking trails which take you through beautiful meadows and forests. The hotel also offers bicycles for hire. Spend a day at the Baltic coast, or enjoy a day trip in the Holstein Switzerland nature park and explore its many lakes and forests.
