Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. It is the policy of the property that children under 14 years old can only stay in a private room and cannot be accommodated in shared dormitory rooms. Guests under 14 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and proof of this must be provided on request. It is the property’s policy that children under 18 years of age cannot be accommodated at the property without an accompanying parent or legal guardian. Guests are required to provide proof of the parental or legal guardian relationship and authorisation upon arrival.
