The Norbreck Castle Hotel is probably one of Blackpool’s most eye-catching hotels. And that’s saying something. It sits proudly overlooking the Irish Coast on Blackpool’s seafront. And it demands attention with its grand castle-like exterior. But, as one of Britannia’s biggest hotels, it’s a great affordable option.
Inside, you can look forward to a health club with all the works. We’re talking a heated indoor pool, a steam room and a sauna, as well as a gym with regular fitness classes. Entertainment-wise, you can get involved with regular cabaret shows and nightly bingo. Plus, in true Blackpool style, it’s got its own amusement arcade.
Buffets are served up for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Castles Restaurant. In between that, you can tuck into cakes, snacks and drinks at the café, Conservatory Bar, or an adults-only bar.
When you want to get out and about, ride the tram into the town centre to see the Blackpool Illuminations, or take on the coasters of Blackpool Pleasure Beach. You’re less than 10 minutes from Blackpool Tower, Sea Life and the Winter Gardens. But you’re also just across the road from a beach, if you fancy a more stripped-back stroll.
