Located in a quiet oceanfront area on the island of Averøy, this former Bacalao (salt modified and dried cod) factory has been restored into a rustic guesthouse. Our restaurant offers a three-course menu with a selection of local flavors that reflect the rich culinary heritage of our region. It is also possible to have something else than a full 3-course dinner. Averøys location secures ingredients from the sea and agriculture that are world-class. Dinner is served at 19:00 and is pre-ordered either by phone, at the time of booking or check-in. Don't forget to tell us about allergies.
