Leisure facilities at STF Kolarbyn include a floating wood fire sauna and a communal hut with a fireplace and sheep skin rugs. Activities like elk and beaver safaris and survival courses can be arranged. Breakfast and sauna access are included, while lunch and a rustic dinner must be booked in advance. Guests can also use the barbecue area and outdoor dining area. Boats can be rented on site. Hiking trails are found in the surrounding area. Skinnskatteberg Train Station is a 7-minute drive away.
