Minamiaso Nobara Inn

A "small hotel" that only accepts three groups per day and provides hospitality for families. The hotel was completely destroyed by the 2016 Kumamoto earthquake and closed for a long time, but reopened in a new building at the end of 2021. Located on a hill overlooking the Aso outer rim and as far as Mount Unzen Fugen in Nagasaki Prefecture, all rooms offer magnificent views. It is a luxurious and relaxing environment surrounded by the idyllic scenery of Minamiaso village, the chirping of birds, the beautiful sunsets, the night view of Kumamoto city, and the starry sky. All guest rooms are twin rooms equipped with a bathroom and toilet, Simmons beds, underfloor heating, a 65-inch large TV, and other state-of-the-art comforts. The hotel has a gentle and natural interior design that evokes the warmth of wood, and is equipped with an elevator, making it considerate of the elderly. Our hotel is proud of our European-style course dinner with a double main course of our popular specialty "spare ribs" and popular Aso "red beef", and our homemade dishes from appetizers to desserts that make use of fresh local Aso ingredients!
