Borgo Valle Rita is a certified organic farm in the hills of Ginosa. Enjoy elegant, countryside accommodation immersed in 103 hectares of agricultural land, not far from the Apulian coast. Back at the property you can enjoy the best of regional cuisine, served in the former farmhouse. Ingredients are all fresh and many are produced on-site. Villa Rita’s organic fruit, vegetables, olives, grapes, oil and wine can all be tasted and purchased at the establishment. During summer the hotel may only be bookable for weekly stays, from Saturday to Saturday.
