Our hotel is a 200 yr old building. It is not a modern 5 star hotel in a city center. We have limited internet (you are on holiday). Sometimes the weather/climate makes it seem colder, the room are centrally heated and do not have individual controls but we do provide additional blankets and other items. The welcome will be warm and the food will be cooked fresh for you but we also have limited staff and have to know if advance of any requests. allergies , additional requirements. We are a husband and wife team of 2 and provide a personal warm and friendly service. But we are not a city center hotel with unlimited staff and need to work to set timings for breakfasts, dinners, check-ins and checks-outs etc. If any of this is an issue then we would politely ask you to book elsewhere.
