Located at the entrance to the Karwendel Nature Reserve in Pertisau, the Sonnenhof is next to the Achensee Golf Course. All rooms and apartments have a balcony with panoramic mountain views. All rooms at the Sonnenhof also offer a flat-screen TV, a seating area or sofa, and a bathroom with a make-up mirror and hairdryer. The rich breakfast buffet includes many regional specialities and homemade jams. Half-board also comprises dinner served in the elegant restaurant, which includes an appetiser and a salad buffet, and a choice among 4 main courses. Opened in December 2015, the Sonnehof Natur Spa Area can be used free of charge, while massages is offered at a surcharge. The Sonnenhof also has a bar, a Tyrolean lounge, a winter garden with a tiled stove, a ski storage room, and a lift with panoramic views (in the main building). Guests can also play table tennis outside. A large car park is available free of charge. Carports are subject to a fee. Hiking trails and cross-country ski runs are only a few steps away. Lake Achen is a 10-minute walk away.
